Do clearspan
marquees need to be on Grass?
Not always, they can be erected on hard standing by using weights,
guy ropes, or raw bolts. Please note in these cases it is advisable to
have a site visit which is free of charge.
How can
clearspan marquees be decorated?
We can line the marquee using our standard ivory lining with
ivory swags. Please ask if you want a particular colour lining or swag
as we have access to a full range of coloured and patterned linings. Blackout,
and starlight linings are becoming increasingly popular. Again please
ask for details.
Are there
any poles?
No clearspan marquees have no poles or guy ropes.
What sizes
do they come in ?
They come in 3m , 6m and nine metre widths (10, 20 and 30 foot)
and in 3 m sections (10 foot) - so you can have 9m x 3m , 9m x 6m , 9m
x 9m and so on.
Can you
open the sides?
Yes all the sides/walls can be simply opened to allow easy access.

Do capri
marquees need to be on Grass?
Yes capri marquees need to be anchored by using 800mm stakes.
Do Capri
Marquees come with walls?
Yes all capri marquees come with a 3 clear and 3 white weatherproof
walls included in the price - They are easily removed ( or reattached)
in a matter on minutes.
Can Capri
marquees be decorated?
Yes , capri marquees can be decorated, they have ropes over the
arches which lights , ivy and flowers etc can be attached to. We also
have a range of lighting effects which can be used with spectacular results,
please ask for details . We do ask clients to refrain from using party
poppers or crepe paper as they can stain the marquee. We request that
clients only use the ropes and poles to attach decorations to, and not
use sticky tape, pins or anything else to attach things to the canopy
or walls of the marquee, as this end up damaging the marquee.
How high
are the arches?
The arches are about 8 foot at the apex of the arch - easily
big enough for the tallest human!
How high
is the marquee?
The marquee is 16 foot high at the centre poles
Can the
marquees be erected over trees?
This depends on the tree height, but we can erect marquees over small
trees, maximum 12 foot in height.
How long
does it take to erect a capri marquee?
A single 28 x 38 foot capri marquee with carpet takes maximum 2 hours,
but can be completed much quicker depending on the conditions and personnel.
